Fight to secure Ohio’s energy future!

Solar means economic growth, increased energy independence, and a stronger Ohio.

Solar development in Ohio has the potential to deliver stable jobs, more funds for schools and first responders, and generate clean and reliable energy right here at home. It gives farmers the freedom to keep their land and strengthens our communities. These projects are a key part of the energy mix that powers our homes, fuels our businesses, and makes our communities more secure.

But it is under attack by misinformation trying to stop the expansion of all forms of reliable energy production. Together, we can fight back and show that there’s significant support for solar!

Sign the petition to show our state leaders that you support solar development in the Buckeye State and all the benefits it brings. Your signature will make a difference.

To the members of the OPSB,

We are using more energy now than ever before, and this is not slowing down any time soon. Any form of energy generation that can support our grid is much needed, especially as we are seeing increased electricity bills. The Sloopy Solar Energy Center (Case #25-0636-EL-BGN) will help address these challenges. Solar development like Sloopy helps ensure that at peak times of demand, like hot summer days, we are still able to run our air conditioning, charge our phones, and use our lights.

The energy generation benefits, when coupled with the local investment and job creation that will come from the project, make Sloopy Solar a no-brainer. I urge the Ohio Power Siting Board to approve it!
